Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

What Information We Sell or Share and Why

When you submit a request for quotes or information through our lead generation services, we share your contact information — including your name, phone number, email address, and inquiry details — with up to 5 third-party service providers ("Lead Partners") who may contact you about the products or services you requested. Under California law, this sharing constitutes a "sale" of personal information.

We may also share data with third-party advertising platforms through cookies and similar technologies, which may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.

We do not sell or share personal information of individuals we know to be under the age of 16 without affirmative authorization.

How to Opt Out

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, click the link below to send us an opt-out request by email. Please include your full name, email address, and phone number (if applicable) in your message so we can locate and process your request.

Submit Opt-Out Request

If you prefer, you may also send your request directly to:
privacy@carderock.vc
Subject line: Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Please include the following in your email:

Submitting an opt-out request to privacy@carderock.vc will be treated as both a CCPA opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and a revocation of any TCPA consent you previously provided for marketing calls, texts, and emails from Carderock Ventures and its Lead Partners.

What Happens After You Submit

We will process your opt-out request within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally within 15 business days for opt-out requests — and send a confirmation to the email address you provide.

If you have not yet submitted a Lead Request: Your information will not be shared with any Lead Partners.

If you have already submitted a Lead Request: We will instruct our Lead Partners to cease contact with you. However, if your information has already been received by a Lead Partner, you may need to contact that Lead Partner directly to be placed on their individual Do Not Call or Do Not Contact list. You may request a list of the specific Lead Partners your information was shared with by emailing privacy@carderock.vc.

For advertising cookies: To opt out of data sharing through cookies and advertising technologies, please also adjust your browser settings to block third-party cookies or use the opt-out tools available at http://optout.aboutads.info (US) or https://www.youronlinechoices.eu (EU).

Opting out will not affect your ability to use our Services, and we will not discriminate against you in any way for exercising your privacy rights.

Authorized Agents

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on their behalf. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authorization from the California resident they represent. Requests from authorized agents should be submitted to privacy@carderock.vc with "Authorized Agent Opt-Out Request" in the subject line.
